i'm a husband and a father. i've been married 13 years to my wonderful wife, Nancy. we have a 9-year-old daughter – Emma – who is amazingly intelligent, a great artist in her own right and a beautiful girl. we have a 6-year-old son – Corben – who is a lot of fun and loves to laugh – mostly at me. Abby is 3 and is full of life and a ton of fun. Our newest – Matthew – is a year old and is a total ham.

our family attends Peak Community Church here in Fort Collins. i serve on the church council in addition to playing guitar in the worship team.

i love the out-of-doors, and am a moderately successful trap shooter. i love fishing, camping, hunting – mostly anything outdoors.

finally, i am an artist. i enjoy photography and drawing. before returning to Colorado, i was part of a group of artists who met bimonthly at Lemon Street Gallery to participate in a figure drawing group. i am now a member of Colorado Coalition of Artists, an art cooperative here in Fort Collins. i've run the weekly life drawing class for 4 years.
